WE, the members of the South Sudanese Community now residing in the Province of Manitoba Canada, realizing the need to unite around a structure to promote our cultural values, heritage and interests, conscious of the need to provide a forum for exchanging ideas and to facilitate the integration of South Sudanese into the Canadian Society by providing community-based job training and education, social and economic activities to improve individual members’ quality of life, do hereby resolve to form a not-for-profit organization called the Council of South Sudanese Community of Manitoba; ( COSSCOM) Inc.
COSSCOM is the formal organisation representing all the South Sudanese community in Manitoba.
